I was gonna blog again last night, but I kinda lost the motivation. Nothing interesting happened though so that’s alright. Yesterday my mum made chai kueh (vegetable dumplings) which were actually not bad hahha. And today she made sushi! So adventurous. My sleeping pattern is still screwed up. I’m gonna try and sleep before 1am today, since I’m having brunch Carrie and Javon tomorrow. I haven’t seen those two noobs in ages! Hahahaha.

I’ve been listening to High School Musical 3 soundtracks all day man. So nice ok the songs 😀 I wouldn’t mind watching the movie again cause of the songs. HAHAHAHAHA omg, I’m having a convo with them now on MSN and Carrie kaninehs just did it again.

Anyways today was quite boring, in my new management class, everybody was new and they seem to know one another.. I was left alone and emo there! ahahha! Went to lecture as well, kept sleeping and waking up! ahhaha I woke up in a shock, dont know why but yeah i did!

It’s been extremely hard for me to sleep for the past few nights. I would only be able to sleep hours after I get to bed. It’s so frustrating!!! I had this problem a while ago.. like 2 months ago but it suddenly stopped (no idea how or why) and now it’s happening again! I went to bed at 11.30pm, thinking that I would be able to sleep easily but NO!! I looked at my phone and turns out it was already 2.45am, holyshit I lied in bed for freaking 3 hours without sleeping! 😦 While I was in bed I kept thinking about food… the pirated siewmai that I bought earlier, the koko krunch, the honeycomb biscuits. Finally I couldn’t take it anymore and got out of bed to make some cereal. Since it’s now 6.20am in Melbourne (3.20am here), I guess I will just wait for Freddy to get up at 7am, which is in about 40 minutes.

Annoying shit man. I went to bed before midnight to try and fix my screwed up sleeping pattern, but now it’s the same thing anyway. So I might as well blog lah. Lucky you, Carrie. Hahaha.

Did nothing much today. Got woken up by Freddy‘s call at around 12.30pm cause I asked him to give me a wake up call, but as soon as he hung up I went back to sleep hahah wth. Finally dragged myself out of bed as soon as I woke up again which was like at around 2pm? Then I spent the whole day being online chatting and watching TV. Then Carrie had to rub it into my face that she had the pirated siewmai thing and our house also needed extra food so I went grocery shopping with my mum. Hahaha, my mum was being extra conscious about everything we put in the trolley. She is absolutely against China products now cause of the whole milk/melamine thing. It’s quite scary la, so now I guess we all have to literally watch what we eat.

It’s been really cold lately. I’m actually wearing a long-sleeved shirt to sleep now and a jacket over it. Sometimes I feel like I was back in Melbourne. Maybe its the rain. Or maybe I’m getting sick.

Anyway, been trying to get ready for uni and one of the hard tasks is choosing a suitable laptop. I actually think its a bit too early to decide lor, but my dad and my brother have been asking me about it so I started thinking about it too. I’ve had a pretty hard time deciding which laptop I should bring and all. Of course I considered Dell first, since I’ve always used Dell.. but I don’t think the designs are nice at all (ok I know the design has nothing to do with the capability but I like it to look nice ok) and they’re quite heavy as well, so that’s a no I guess. Acer has never been on my list, I’ve heard enough bad points about it to even consider purchasing it. What else? Sony Vaio? It IS pretty and all, but I’m not sure I trust it, and plus it looks so dodgy, like it’s bound to have problems sooner or later. Considered HP too, but since I’m not that familiar with it I don’t know if I should even buy it. Soooo my choice only comes down to one reliable brand, Mac.

The new 13-inch Macbook

My brother has been bugging and persuading me for days to get a Macbook. No idea why really. But yeah, it’s the best choice so far. I’m pretty content, it looks sooo nice! And I am so prepared for a no-lag laptop. At first I was reluctant to get a Mac cause.. it’s a Mac and I don’t know if I would be able to get used to it quickly but since my brother has a software that can run Windows on this baby, it doesn’t matter 🙂 Unfortunately I’m not getting it here, my brother is going to get it for me in Aust so I will only see it in February. Fortunately for that too, I was beginning to worry about carrying a laptop all around the city in Singapore during the transit.

My bro is a sneaky little bitch! He offered to trade my NEW Macbook with his old one :@ because on my Macbook he can play his nerdy little game while on his, he can’t. Something about the graphics card. And he claims he is being a ‘good bro’ pfft. Ass man that guy. Oh yah, by the end of this year I am gonna get my brother’s iPod nano and a DS TT with lots and lots of games 😀 A DS TT is like an R4 thing, where you can store games and shit, so I can finally make more use of my DS. Oh, the iPod nano I’m getting is a 3rd gen one.. not the latest one.

What’s up with these few days? It keeps raining and raining. So annoying -.- yeah sorry I don’t appreciate the rain. It’s been really cold these few days in my room, thanks to the rain. Anyways. On Friday night I had dinner with Carrie and Kai at Excapades (Javon had dinner with his family in another room). I was soo annoyed with the amount of slow drivers that night, pissed me off man! Get a map if you’re lost or something lah! Found a parking behind the Pizza Hut block, quite far from Excapades. I ordered quite a lot of food, cause I was hungry lah but couldn’t finish haha. Kai was being such a bitch to me that night, what an ass man!! Hahahaha. It’s ok, it’s not like he never was -.- Then we left to the mall to collect our tickets for HSM3!

Then Kai realised he left his phone in Excapades, so Carrie and I went back there to get his phone. On the way there, while we were crossing the zebra crossing, this bitch decided to just go past us and she even gave us a bitchy stare! Wtf is her problem. Oh yeah, I remember when we were walking back to the mall, this car just suddenly reversed, but the car had NO reverse lights. How stupid is that?! Asshole.

K then, went back to the mall, and Carrie was right man! ISB people everywhere! At one point all of us (sorry Javon hahah) just gathered at the cineplex area. Hmm, HSM3 was very different compared to the first and second movies. Like Carrie said it was very extreme, but I wasn’t sure if I really liked it. I like how they took it up to another level la, but overall the story was like, wtf. Like it was missing bits here and bits there.  I could elaborate, but I don’t want to spoil the movie for those who haven’t watched it. And I really hated the duet that Troy and Chad had, it was so POINTLESS -.- in my opinion anyway. But the other songs were quite nice I must admit.

After the movie we kinda had nowhere to go, and my mum told me not to go home first cause it was still raining. We decided on De’ Fountain but then when we reached there and parked the car, NO ONE got out of the car or made any move. And we just sat there waiting for someone in the car to make a move. Like, wth!! Hahahahaha so I guess Carrie kinda took the hint and we went to Coffee Zone instead. Played Monopoly there, Singapore style~ Sucks man, I was the first one to lose 😦 But anyway, it was 1am already but the rain still kept going, so we went anyway cos the rain wasn’t that heavy. Otw sending Javon home, it started raining so heavily! So scary la. Sent Zim home after that, hahah kesian that guy, he had to go under the heavy rain to get home.

Sundays are always boring -.- I had dinner with my mum, aunt, uncle and cousins just now at the Korean Restaurant. Does that place have a proper name or is it just called Korean Restaurant? Anyway just now my cousin was like asking me if I listened to Korean bands, and suddenly my aunt was like “Oh yeah, I like Big Bang! The Haru Haru (it’s one of their songs)” and I was just like, woahhh. So hip man. Dinner was satisfying, I’m quite full actually.

Hi people, what have i been doing these few days? Well, I went fishing at like 10+ and came back around 5am. Thats cool eh? But we catch nothing at all which sucks because there’s a stupid seal outside scarying all the fishes away! After I came back I was tired and chatted to Rachel for a bit then I went to sleep, my sleeping patterns are so shit now! I always sleep when the sun is up and wake up 4 or 5 in the evening and this sucks because tomorrow i have school and yesterday i slept quite late and woke up at 3:20 today. I watched Bangkok Dangerous just now and it wasn’t that good because there’s nothing special about the whole movie, its always the same thing over and over again. Its predictable but at least there’s something for me to do because internet wasn’t working that time. I been trying to look for my Financial Accounting book online but everybody seems to sold out, this is pissing me off because next trimester we will need to find new book for Accounting again!! I guess i have no choice but to buy a new one and its gonna cost me $100+ sucks man! I am currently chatting with Carrie, Lian Ing and Jia Chii. hmm, I ate pizza today for dinner which was simple and easy, yesterday we had a more decent dinner, Som and Terry cooked. They cook a soup, lamb, buttermilk chicken, eggs and beans. It was quite good i can say! hahahha not bad.. It sucks because Terry’s G15 keyboard just died just now, he has no idea how water get in and this som was pissing him off. Som said “I peed on it when you sleeping, it felt so good” and then he laughed. Crazy boy ahahah!

I hate the weather today. It’s so dark and gloomy and depressing. I could never understand why people say they like the rain. I hate it, cause whenever it rains a dark and gloomy sky usually follows 😦 Anyway, I woke up at about 3pm today hahah I guess I slept for 12 hours then. I was up last night downloading the first and second episode of Gossip Girl season 2. Yes, I’ve just started watching it! I never bothered to catch it when it first came out last month, because I know I would hate waiting for the next episode to come out. Now that it’s already up to episode 7/8 I can start downloading now. Downloading here SUCKS man. But better than nothing la, at least still can download. I’m now waiting for episode 4 to finish downloading.. which will take about another hour.

I’m so bored! No plans for tonight, and it’s raining anyway. Had a sleepover at Carrie‘s on Tuesday night with Kai and Javon. Most of the night was like a wireless LAN party thing anyway, all of us were just busy doing our own stuff with the laptops and computers -.- hahaha so useless. But we did eventually get to the drinking part. We played the extreme version of snakes and ladders. Damnnnnn.

Oh god I’m so bored 😦 It’s too early to sleep.

I actually miss studying. And I don’t mean the insane amount of work we had to do in IB. Just the simple stuff. 5 months of not studying or doing anything productive at all for that matter, is not as fun as anyone thinks it is. It’s okay if you’re working for a while and stuff like that but in my case it’s kinda killing me. I could have left earlier this month but too bad, I only decided to change my course last week. And to think there’s gonna be about at least 3 months more of this. Just WHAT am I gonna do? I want February to come sooner! I’ve already booked my tickets. First step, done.

Anyway I’m gonna go find something to do for now while waiting for Freddy to get back.

Oh, I’ve already uploaded all the pictures from my Melbourne trip on Facebook. There weren’t really a lot of pictures though. It was such a tedious job -.- I used the simple uploader thing which can upload up to 5 photos at a time cause the other stupidbitch uploader wouldn’t work for me. So now I’m quite happy with myself for uploading all those photos 😀

Went over to Carrie‘s place today with Kai and Javon and we were just looking at old pictures from Year 8 and 9, leeching off her chocolates and candies, shopping for free clothes (in Javon‘s case anyway) HAHAHA cause she was cleaning her closet and stuff. I went to BLau today because I was thinking of changing my course. I gotta get it right this time, or my dad will give me another lecture about it -.- But I’ve made my decision to change it, so I guess it’s cool. Later on Carrie, Kai and I went to the snow ice place, then went home. So kuai today, stayed home to have dinner. But then after that I wanted to have some more snow ice so 3 of us went there again at about 9pm. Hahahahah so embarassing man, I think the employees there can recognise us already! 😦 sienzz. Tried a new flavour again today. Then we played Jenga Truth or Dare, kinda embarassing also cos so loud when it fell on the table. Went to Cheezbox to chill for a while after that, then balik kampungz. (Eeyer haha)

I’m boreddddddddddd. I can’t wait for tomorrow though, sleepover! Which equals snow ice (HAHAHA again) + baking + drinking. Wtf man, baking so innocent and then comes drinking. Ironic 😉 Ok I dont know if whatever I just said made sense but yeah.

Sunday is officially the most boring day of the week! Sigh.

Anyway I’m supposed to blog about something interesting. Ohyeah! Brunei’s first superstar recently starred in Butterfly Lovers along with Hong Kong superstar Charlene Choi (from Twins) and they both made an appearance at the Empire and The Mall Cineplex on Thursday the 16th. That night, Freddy and I went for dinner at Palm’s Garden with his family and when we arrived there we saw Wu Chun‘s car and then we saw him, and then we saw Ah Sa (Charlene Choi)! Like woah man. So random, what were the chances of us seeing them there? Anyway, food at Palm’s Garden was not bad at all, plus it’s affordable. We were supposed to go to Empire too cause Carrie and Javon were there, but then it was raining really heavily and there weren’t any seats left anyway so we went back to Freddy‘s house to wait for Carrie and Javon. While waiting, we managed to develope our pictures! (L) 🙂 Gotta get cool photoframes now.

At around 10pm, we left to the mall to meet up with Carrie and Javon. The cineplex was PACKED. We couldn’t even get through. Because Freddy and I are so smart, we went down to the second floor and took the elevator up to the cineplex on the other side and saw Carrie and Javon. Then we went to the cafe and Wu Chun and Ah Sa were having a photo session and interviews. In the end we got to take a picture with Wu Chun, but didnt manage to get one with Ah Sa! 😦 I really wanted a picture with her, but couldn’t so nvm lah.

Anyway, next day Freddy had to go back to Melbourne 😦 didn’t do anything in the afternoon after lunch. At night I went out with Kai, Carrie and Javon to Capers for dinner. Honestly, what happened to the food? It sucks now. We decided to go to Javon‘s and watch Dodgeball so we went to Gdg to get a few DVDs. While we were in Gadong we stopped by the snow ice place to give it a try. Not bad la the place and the deserts, the ice was very smooth! I would totally go back there again. K then we went back to Javon’s to watch Dodgeball hahaha funny shit man, eventhough I’ve watched it more than 5 times it still never fails to crack me up!

Next night was Azim‘s Hari Raya open house, so Kai and Carrie came over to pick me up. Kai was soo formal, like as if going to prom like that man! Ohwell, kiasu Singaporeans 🙂 HAHAHA nolah, other people were also dressed formal. Anyway yeah, catering was from Sheraton and the food was quite good. After eating we just chilled everywhere for a while and then Carrie, Kai, Javon and I had to leave for our 9.25pm movie. Before we went in I saw Jo and Jin Ping, total shocker man! We talked for a while and soon we had to go in for our movie. We were watching Max Payne. The movie was alright I guess, at first it was so confusing and none of us knew what was happening but then it got better.. then the ending was also kinda like wth? Hahah but yeah I like the storyline and all la. It’s not really as good as the trailer shows it though.

After the movie we were all wondering what to do, then they wanted to go back to Zim‘s place. So we went back there but didn’t stay for that long. Just chilled like everywhere around the house and spent the most time in his guest house taking pictures. So cool la the pictures! Then I think we chilled outside watching the band, but Carrie and I were so scared of the people dancing, it looked like their drinks were gonna fall on the floor. And Zim‘s parents so hip man hahaha singing with the band again. After that, Javon sent me home.

Like I said earlier, today was such a boring day! We were supposed to go out for brunch this morning, but I decided not to. Luckily I had Freddy to talk to for the whole day so things weren’t that bad 🙂 He’s dota-ing now which is why I’m blogging so much. I need to eat my dinner! My mum isn’t here for 2 days and so I kinda need to do everything on my own. Sad. I think I’ll go make myself some eggs and sausages.

missing you

Its been 2 days since i left and it feels like 2 years already because you are not by my side.. Feel so lonely without you next to me, guess the last 1 1/2 months being able to see you everyday, i started to get used to it but now that you are not beside me, its so hard. Waking up in the middle of the night knowing you are not beside me troubles me a lot. Thank god for internet, we still able to communicate and still see each other thru the webcam!

Alright lets move on to my journey! My journey from BSB to Melbourne practically sucks because I am still missing someone by my side. And the stupid lady from Brunei Airport got pissed and put me and lian ing in the middle when we already requested where we want to sit. I guessed she got pissed because we are able to get thru with 8 Kgs excess. In Singapore i was unable to meet up with both Chen and Yi Ping because they were both busy. Well, I met this guy called Gun and Saf and then we just shop with Lian Ing apparantly I didnt buy anything from Singapore City but bought a perfume and moisturizer in the airport. I love the smell of the perfume, so nice!! ahhah! After that I used an old 747 back to Melbourne and it sucks because the plane was so small and crowded. I thought it would be a new one but this one was so small!! There’s no space to put my legs but it was so much better when I went back to Brunei, they used the new ones… When I arrive, went thru the customs, that took ages and i spent nearly an hour queueing up! At the end I passed thru with my 2 boxes of Mi Goreng from Brunei, it tastes so different than the ones here. Waited for kim then he brought me home, when i reach home i had nothing to do so i cleaned my room up abit and talk to Rachel. But she had to go out later so i was again alone!

After that I found out my units wasnt enrolled properly, i panic and called my dad. He scolded me but what can i do now? I have no idea so I emailed the student admin, I hope i still can enrol for this trimester with a late enrolment fee. The student admin never reply, I guess on monday i will need to go to the desk and meet up with the student admin to solve this thing out, I really hope i can enrol for this trimester or i will have to come back on February which wasted 1/2 year!

Today I had nothing to do so I just talked to Rachel online mostly and then just walk around my house joblessly. I wish she was here… When she was here last month, not one moment was boring.. it was all fun even though i had my exams and i still want her by my side.. I guess I had to live 4 months without meeting her, its not easy but I had to do it!! I just hope everything is alright with you guys back in Brunei. Too bad i am going to miss the sleep over i know how much fun it will get =(…

Wow, this sucks.

This is the day I’ve been dreading ever since we got back here. And now it’s finally here. I hate having to go through this once again. It’s back to counting down the days till I see you again. Back to communicating online, back to being 2 hours behind you. I don’t mean to be unappreciative, especially since we’ve spent so much time together and saw each other everyday for the past one and a half months, but it’s always never enough. Nevertheless, I had an awesome one and a half months with you. And no, I’m not sick of you yet. Hahahah 🙂

So anyway, I had lunch with Carrie and Kai after the airport thing at TPH. Well, Carrie had lunch. Urgh, I’m so not in the mood to blog anymore. Gonna go take a nap to regain my energy for tonight.
