I’m backkkk!

Finally finished exams yesterday. So glad exams are over 😀 After coming back and eating, I just fell on the bed and slept. Had the best nap ever! Omg, yesterday pissed me off so much. After my Marketing exam, I went to the campus centre to tapao some food back for me and Fred. I ordered two fish and chips, but they didn’t have any plastic bags. Somemore the fish was like popping out of the box, so I was like shit what am I gonna do? So I went to the asian grocery store in the campus centre, and decided to buy a drink and then ask her for a plastic bag to put my food in it. When I approached the counter with my drink, she was all smiley and stuff, as if  she just won a lottery. Then when I paid and asked for a plastic bag, her face suddenly turned all black on the spot!! She was like, “You buy a drink why want plastic bag for?” Then she kept looking at me like I stole her money or something, and she took out the plastic bag in such a rude manner. OMG man, wanna slap her!! Stupid China bitch!! If not you buy plastic bag for what? WTF.

Then I came home being all annoyed and shit and lashed it out at Freddy hahaha. Anywayyy, last week Fred, Jason, Bun, Gary and I went to the DFO at Essendon! Okay so I was supposed to be at home studying, but I thought I wouldn’t be able to concentrate anyways if they were out shopping. Got myself quite a few stuff 🙂 It actually isn’t as far as it seems. I think it only took half an hour from Southern Cross. Yup, pretty near.

So on Thursday last week, my beloved iPhone finally arrived! Receiving it and opening it was like the most exciting thing ever! I had to go to the campus Post shop to receive it though.

Freddy called me before I opened the box and told me to go downstairs to Bun‘s apartment cause everyone was there. But nope, I didnt leave until I snapped some pictures of this baby. Hahaha couldn’t resist. We went to Chadstone after that to get my screen protector and case. But we already planned to go there anyways to catch a movie lah.

I couldn’t find a case I liked at the Apple store so I’m currently using one of Jason‘s cases which he’s not using anymore. This is how my iPhone looks like now.

Okay yeah it doesn’t really look so good now but I just have to find another case. So far, I’m pretty amazed by this phone. There’s just so many different types of applications, more than you could ever think of. The downside of this phone is that the battery runs out pretty quickly, so you have to keep charging it every night. But that’s what you get for such an awesome phone 🙂

Ok so back to Chadstone. We went to catch UP! in 3D that night. It was pretty long, but its a nice movie. So kesian the old man thoughh. And the kid is so fat and freaking cutee!! Hahahahha.

Had to wear these glasses hahah. Me and Fred took them back home cos we didn't wanna recycle them.

I came back home today and checked my mail and finally got my parcel! Wheeeeeeoooeeeeeee 😀 I totally forgot to take pictures of it before I opened it. I literally shut myself in my room and tore the thing off within a minute.

Weather’s been pretty crazy here lately. The other day it was so freaking cold, it was like 3 or 4 degrees or something. Almost got sick. Luckily I didn’t cos I still had to study for my exam. But yesterday and today were awesome! Warm and sunny. I also can’ wait for our road trip next week, we’re going to a spa! Talk about relaxation. 🙂

Talked to my mum on the phone a few hours ago, I hope November comes soon! Can’t wait to be back in sunnyland. Hopefully I will have a job here to make up for the holidays before going back, my interview is this Friday! Quite nervous cos I’ve never ever had a job before.. and I have to write a resume 😐 LOL. Well anyways, I’m gonna get back to my TV show marathon now 😀 Ciao.

My life is so boring. I have exams in a week! Whathefuck man seriously. I’m so fucking scaredddd. Been slacking like hell this semester. I’m up early today because I have to wait for the Coles delivery guy to receive my orders. I’m so relieved my orders are coming in today, it’s like so sad I didn’t have much things to eat in the past few days. Gonna go for Stats lecture later at 1pm, then come back home and study a bit.. and then off to Chadstone for VIP night. I’m pretty convinced I’m not gonna buy anything (like clothes, shoes, etc.) though. Just not in the mood for shopping. Maybe because I just bought stuff online hahah. Can’t wait til I get my stuff! I expect it to be at the end of this month. So I’m just gonna meet up with Freddy and co. and I dno, hang around I guess. Gonna buy some fake eyelashes though hahahah. I’ve never tried them beforeee ok and I really wanna try them out. Ooh and probably get some sushi. The only option I have there in Chadstone is like, SushiSushi, which sucks balls but yeah no choice. I’m just craving for sushi.

Anyway, the next few weeks is gonna be so busy for me! Firstly cause of the exams, then after that I have to do all sorts of things like pack all my stuff into boxes and move them over to Freddy‘s place for storage 😛 Then, I have to pack all my clothes to go back to Brunei, and that’s gonna be alotttt since I’m gonna be there for like a few months. Then I have to find a part-time job, like I dno, a cashier at Coles or something HAHAHAH. Shit, the thought of me actually working is quite funny cause I’ve never had a job before. But anyway… then I have to go around inspecting apartments for next year. It sounds so tiring alreadyyy. And THIS week, I have to go and book my tickets back home, and find a real estate agent. 😦 😦 Someone help me. But after all that, I get to go home! Yay 😀

I’m not so bitter about being here anymore because it’s finally spring! Yes, Melbourne has been much warmer recently. The weather even goes up to 30 degrees ok, that’s like so amazing already. On one of the weekends it was so warm, we could just wear a top and shorts. Wowwww hahahah it’s like Brunei already. But winter this year wasn’t as bad as last year’s I think, thank god.

I think I really need a haircut. The others went to cut their hair the other day, at this Korean hairsalon which is like really popular with Asians here. I was really tempted to cut my hair there, especially my fringe cause I want it shorter. But it was like $50 for the ladies, so wtf right. So I decided not to. So freaking expensive, I’m sure I can wait until I go back to get a haircut for less than $20. So weekend was mostly just spent at the library, doing my last assignment and doing revision questions for Macro. It was quite productive I guess, but I really have to step it up this week. Say goodbye to social life for two weeks 🙂

Ok the delivery guy just came. Yayy I have plenty of food to eat now. Sad thing was that I broke one of my pasta sauce bottles. And all the pasta sauce leaked in the plastic bag omg. What a waste of good pasta sauce 😦 I had to throw the whole thing away. Ok I gotta go and get ready now, byebye!

Exams are over and done with! 😀 I can’t believe this all went by so fast. It’s a good thing lah, it’s just that the last few days went by crazily fast. And I’m going back in a few daysssss hahah omg I can’t wait. Ok first of all, thank you guys for the wishes and stuff 🙂 My birthday this year was spent very differently than all the previous ones, I spent it studying in the Matheson library with Bun and Freddy! Hahahha. Exams started the very next day for me so yeah I really had to. The weekend before my birthday, we stayed over at the city again and went to the Swinburne library and the state library to study. I actually met some of my classmates at the state library. The state library was really nice though, I love the building and stuff. It was actually quite productive for me since the pressure was on and I didn’t have much time. Also went to watch Night at the Museum 2 and Angels and Demons during the weekends. Night at the Museum 2 was okay only la, didnt watch the first one so I cant really compare. Angels and Demons was good! Damn, I wanna watch it again. We went back to Clayton on Tuesday, then headed to the Matheson with Bun and Freddy.. then Freddy couldn’t concentrate so we went back to Rusden to Bun‘s place to study. Had Nandos for dinner, then Bun made mashed and she and her housemates and Fred put a candle on top of it and sang happy birthday to me hahhaha. Nice.

After studying for another few hours I decided to go back up to my place so I could concentrate more. These few days have been so tiring, I’ve staying up til like 5 – 6am to study, crazy man. I don’t think I’ve ever done that in my studying life, so I guess it can be a good thing. My first exam was at the Caulfield Racecourse, so mafan lah I didn’t even know where it was. My initial plan was to take the shuttle bus from Clayton to Caulfield campus, or take the train or something. But (and I know most of you will not be surprised when I say this) I didn’t really plan things properly and if I took the bus I would be late for my exam at 2.30pm. So I took the cab. Hahahha. It costed me 20 bucks! I guess that was my fault, but the important thing is that it got me there on time. My first exam was Microeconomics, and I was actually kinda worried about it before but it was alright, not too bad except for some questions on long-run and short-run that I didn’t understand. After my exam, I went to meet WJ and Fred at the Caulfield library and surprisingly, Shigs was there. I was supposed to revise Marketing then, but we went for dinner with Shigs and then left for home. Had dinner at Uzu, the tempura don was not bad although I think they should’ve put more prawns. 

Marketing exam the next day. It was quite okay actually. The 2 hours was like pressure man, I finished the exam 5 minutes before the end time. Same goes with Management, goddammit. When I got to the essay question in Management, my hands were so weak already man wth. I had to write slower so my handwriting didn’t look like shit. After I got back from my Management exam, I slept for about two hours, then woke up to eat with Fred (haha so kesian, he had to wait for me to wake up then eat cos I was so tired) and then a while after eating, I slept for two hours again! Wth man. So I started revising Accounting at 9pm. Accounting was the hardest to revise man. I finished writing all my notes and revising at 6am, wahlao eh. I wanted to give up and go to sleep at about 4 – 5am, but I couldn’t! I didn’t want my last exam to be crappy just cause it was my last exam. Luckily though, the exam was at 2.30pm so I didn’t have to wake up so early in the morning. I woke up at 11am, showered then revised again. I went to campus about an hour earlier cause I still had to find the Engineering building. I feel so useless la, I don’t even know my campus! Hahahaha. Finally found the building, and sat down looking through my notes one last time before heading to the exam hall. I gotta say that exam was the hardest among all my exams, because of the worksheet which I couldn’t balance at all! So damn annoying! The rest of the paper was fine though. When we got out of the exam hall, it was like so dark already, so scary. That’s what I hate about the coming winter. It was only 6pm, but it felt like 8 or 9pm. It was sooo cold today. 

I went back to Fred‘s place after that, had dinner for a while and then slept. I just woke up. Guess I won’t be sleeping early tonight. I’ve got quite a lot of things to do before going back. Pay my rent (and possibly ask for a 50% discount on my rent since I won’t be here for most of the month), buy things for back home, collect my brother’s watch, meet up with Carrie for lunch + shopping on Monday, wash my clothes, and pack! God knows how long I will take to pack. Anyways, so sorry for the lack of pictures.. AGAIN. I promise you though, I’ll have pictures once I get to Brunei. 

I’m craving for Boost juice now. 😦

All or nothing.

Somebody help. I can’t believe exams are next week. Where did the time go? On the brighter side, I’ll be back in two weeks. Home sweet home! 😀 But I would have to get through exams first. Anyway, it’s 3.45am and I just finished my weekly dose of Accounting questions. I wonder why I never took them seriously until now.

Fred and I stayed over the city on the weekend. All we did was study and stayed in the house though. Hahahhaa. We reached the city at around 5pm on Friday. Omg, it was such a hassle getting there. It was only supposed to be a 40 minute train ride but we spent like one and a half hours to get to the city. Firstly we got on the Flinders St train, then when we were in Flinders St, we just sat in the train thinking that it was the City Loop train where it would stop by all the stations in the city first, buttttttt it changed to the Sandringham train so it went backwards. So from there we got off at Richmond and waited for another train to go back to the city. This time, we got off the train and thank god we did, it was gonna go to Sandringham too. Took another train from Flinders to Southern Cross, but this time we waited for a whole 20 minutes for this train to start moving! Damn slow lah, and the train was packed too.

Finally reached Southern Cross and walked across the road to Som and Gary’s apartment. We went swimming after that at the indoor pool. Felt kinda nice to swim after so long. Then we went to the sauna.. damn hot but so nice when you first enter cause its so warm. After getting out of the sauna I felt so light-headed.. probably been in there a little bit too long. Did nothing after that except have dinner and went online. I was so tired that day I fell asleep on the couch twice. The guys stayed up til like 5am playing their game.. crazy man. The next day, Fifi picked us all up to have lunch at the GPO building and then we went to the library at Swinburne. We reached there at around 2pm and stayed there til midnight. Hardcore mannn! Was revising Management the whole day. At the end I just got so pissed off with Management.. and it didn’t help that the topic I was studying was all about the history of management. SO. DAMN. BORING!! Remind me never to take a Management unit ever again.

Anyway, we were all pretty tired after that we just lazed around playing with our laptops and games. The guys were playing Cabal as usual and I was playing Word Challenge on Facebook. Hahah I know, so sad! We slept at 5am that night, dont even know how the hell it got so late. We were supposed to do more studying the next day at the library in the city, but we woke up too late.

Right now it feels like one day has 12 hours instead of 24. Goddammit. I’m super worried that I don’t have enough time to revise. And here I am blogging. And before I did my tutorial questions, I went online shopping (for the very first time!), and then I kept browsing through other websites. That’s also the reason why I’m still up at this time.

Everyone’s getting sick again. So scared la.. don’t want to get sick when I go back, later I kena quarantined hahaha omg nooooo. *touch wood* man. I was gonna wake up earlier to study before my class starts but I seriously don’t think I’ll be assed to wake up that early anymore since it’s 4am now.

Apparently we aren’t allowed to use a graphics display calculator in the Accounting exam. Damn. I actually lost my scientific calculator.

Anyway I gotta go and get ready for bed. First I gotta figure out what to wear tomorrow. Shit I hate this part. And yes this is a nightly routine, otherwise I would be late for school. Goodnight!

It’s funny how I don’t ever blog when I’m free as a bird and have absolutely nothing to do, but I do blog when I actually have something to do, like say study for a mid-test that’s going to take place in about 7 hours. And the icing on the cake this time is that this is the unit that I have to put the most effort in. Why? Why couldn’t they do this next week, which would help us concentrate more because by then all our assignments would be handed in? So on top of trying to study for this Accounting test, I have 2 assignments due on Monday. The good thing is that after Monday, I have no more assignments left to do and then I can start revising for the exams. (I’m serious btw.) 

I’m taking a break now, but I have to get back to Ratio Analysis again soon. Yes, that’s what we used to learn in Business. I just can’t always seem to remember them.. too many! Ok I’m actually gonna go back to studying now, I’m starting to have a headache.
